Overclocked vs Non Overclocked

if i have e6300 overclocked to e6600 speeds would the actual benchmarks/tests be the same/very close, as those of a e6600 at stock?

maybe not a good example as the e6600 has double the cache but lets say it only has 2mb

I think the E6300 overclocked would be the faster of the two due to the higher FSB.

iirc intel isn't the same as amd in this respect! with amd the cache made up like a 5% difference on intel i think the difference is like 1-2% like 3fps lol, this is why the 6400's are such a steal!
