overclockers customer service

In the last few months I have had 2 DOA asrock dual sata2 939 motherboards, a DFI ultra-d with faulty chispet fan and now im on my 2nd DFI ultra-D, which makes it my 4th motherboard in around 6weeks :eek:

anyway i buy the zalman 5.1 headphones a few days ago to realise that the main sound output connecter (the green one) is faulty and only gives sound to the right speakerheadphone, so I ring up overclockers and they said they would send out a new sound module for the DFI for free, hows that for customer service :p

anyone else had some unexpected good outcomes of RMA requests or faulty products at OC uk?
