**Overclockers TV** - First look at 4th Gen Intel Processors & Z87

Not bad. Change sound operator ;-) and get bigger room to record voice, or prepare it somehow (small-room-echo).
Was it Scottish accent ?

We're gonna get some lapel mic's sorted soon. And any type of echo or reverb is completely not what you want in a recording, like the first two videos.

It's all a process of learning with these videos anywho, plus we can't get a bigger room :P

Getting better. :)

There could still be an improvement with sound and let's have some techy stuff up.

At the moment, the room isn't treated and has low floor to ceiling issues - causing that "boxy" type of sound. Before we recorded elsewhere, hence the HUGE reverb (I managed to dodge it a little, the original was much worse).

We'll get some good lapel microphones soon, and another job I want to do is treat the ceiling acoustically - and the back wall, to reduce reflections. At the moment there's not much we can do bar move the microphone closer, which isn't going to help as then we'll have a microphone in shot. There could be some rescuing it with a subtle hint of EQ.

As said, we'll get there with it :)

Definitely getting better. I know it was just a first look but it still seemed far too short to make it worthwhile. Maybe could have gone over the all CPU's being released, basic spec etc. Really looking forward to the full review with overclocking and benchmarks etc though! Keep up the great work!

Let hope it doesn't descend to the "we need a video review of everything" level that you get the impression seems to happen on some other sites and you end up with videos that say

"Hi, this is our new 1m ethernet cable, if you've got a PC that needs to connect to your router 1m away then this is the ideal solution. You just plug one end into the PC socket like this and the other into the router socket like this and you're networked - so buy the 1m Ethernet cable now. If your PC is further away from your router then have a look at our 2m and 5m ethernet cables"

Confused by the "you cannot use your old cpu's and will have to buy brand new z87 motherboards" ;)

Also - Who took the hair clippers to nath's hair?

Good work guys, being enjoying watching the videos whilst at Computex. :)

One question, no mention of Mini ITX though?

I'm surprised at how good you guys have got :)

Though I say it myself but OcUK has taken what was already a good level of service and features to now being the best and no.1

I firmly believe we are now the best as a company with truly first class service and we are true enthusiast.

Our plans you will continue to see improvements and more features with time. :D
