Overclockers UK and DPD Predict Service

Well home from work and was expecting my wifes tablet to be here.

Had a card through the door saying no one at home. No predict for me :(

One unhappy wife as I couldnt access my email at work.

Maybe tomorrow
 
Did you not track it online? They tell you what time it should be delivered. - Check again tomorrow morning. :)
 
You should check the morning of delivery. :)

We send the email to you the day before the delivery so you have it ready for the next working day. :)
 
I too don't get any SMS for time delivery.

Although email is also enough for me like others. I actually ordered through this site because it's handy for the wife to know when they are coming when i'm at work.
 
I hate the new predict service. Since it has been brought in, I have had to change so many CSV layouts for Ship@Ease integrations that if anyone wants their orders predicted I will be happy to insert the Email field in them
 
I built a PC for a friend of mine this week. He received the order on Tuesday with an item that was put to back order delivered on Thursday (thanks for your help 5UB!). Both times he received an email to say what times his delivery would be between, and both times the delivery was 2 minutes after the 'from' time. Absolute quality service from both OCUK and DPD.
 
I would also like to add that I used to receive texts but recently I have stopped receiving them. I haven't changed my account information. I found it very useful because I'm not always able to check my emails.
 
You've always had my phone number, but I've never had the text for any of my orders from you? Get it from other retailers...
