I think it's fantastic that you guys have started a channel now, its another great way to reach out to potential customers and give them a chance to see and hear about the products they could be buying

I hope you don't mind a bit of constructive criticism?

You don't seem particularly confident and you lack enthusiasm. Try to imagine that you are just explaining the highlights of the system to a friend, it should make it a bit easier, and it would make the viewers feel more comfortable as the video would have more of a personal feel. It's also good to remember that if you screw up, its not the end of the world and you could just do it again. If you worry about slipping up, you will.

This really does have a lot of potential particularly if done well. I hope we see more videos along the lines of proper reviews, previews, first looks etc rather than just a sales pitch and describing everything as awesome. A good start nevertheless.
