Overclockers UK - We are moving location!! A bright future within a warehouse over triple the size.

The tech counter is further down the shop. A marked improvement on the other place but the entrance to the site reminds me of entering a military complex.

Edit: What's the name of that guy who is always on the sales desk?

A couple of Samsung monitors on display now, there are more to show off, such a big display it will hold lots more! :D

I love looking at the shop every day myself seeing the changes happen! :)

Does a facility with 3 times the space mean you're going to employ 3 times the staff so the phone can be answered in a timely fashion? And that my orders can now be processed without being completely messed up and that my future RMA's will get dealt with within a 2 month period?

It would be awesome if that was the case, and I might even start buying kit from you again. Since the acquisition of OCUK things have definately gone down hill and I'm guessing they would only be noticeable from your customers that (used to) buy from you on a weekly basis.

Our phones are extremely busy at the moment, I'd advise using the forums currently for support.

RMAs do not take 2 months, unless there has been a serious issue, orders being messed up? In what way?

I can't wait till to see the shop finished and filled with all that hardware :) (and Gibbo changing all the LED's to strobe mode having his mini rave partying down to the sounds of Mario Kart).

I think Seabiscuit could have done with a bit of a rave yesterday when a couple of customers turned up for a build that wasn't ready and I turned up (out of turn) to collect a harddrive. :D:) On top of that you are all extremely busy and health & safety turn up unannounced
