I'm surprised that there was nobody there to take collection, surely they should be hanging around until they update the RMA details online and catch the backlog from the past week or so.

Kinda sorted now, they are holding deliveries upto Monday till after they have settled in. Phew... lol

This was my non-work task to achieve for the day! I sent it to the new address but just used royal mail special delivery so it'll be there on Monday before 1pm. That going to cause any trouble?

Should be absolutely fine as long as the RMA number is on the outside of the packaging, if it is not delivered on Monday, they will redeliver Tuesday more than likely. But everything should be fine, if you have anything to send to us we would advise sending on Monday for Tuesday delivery just so we have a day to catch up, but either way it should all be fine.

The whole OcUK team are being fuelled by energy drinks and domino's pizza!
