i recently bought the abit ip 35 pro bundle from you and the cpu failed to run at 3.3ghz like you claimed after sevral calls to support i sent the cpu back to you but it never arrived lost in post stolen whatever.So i made a claim with the Post office who have sent me a letter this morning stating they have been in contact with you about this matter and you have failed to respond,they have asked me to get in touch with you over this matter as they will close the claim if you dont get in touch with them within the next 5 days.my account number is 2339247.The PO ref number is 1-751850235/ADMIN

yewen always says there is like a 1/1000 chance of anyone from the shop seeing stuff like this

why do people insist on airing problems like this over forums

i can understand frustration but the matter is not going to get sorted unless you call them directly
 
To be fair though, the shop doesn't always respond to webnotes either. I sent one last week asking about the Q9550 before I bought and didn't get a reply so I'm buying an E8xxx instead :o

That's why your first point of action should be to pick up the telephone :)

Costs a little extra but you'll get your answer then and there.
