That doesn't seem right at all. If you can contact us through the website or on the Customer Service forum for an RMA to get it replaced we can do that for you.
Thank you This is my first EVGA product, I dont have yet the processor , I wanted the Ivy-bridge-E processor, but if I cannot wait till next year, I will buy the cheapest Sandy-bridge-E or a Xeon
