Hi guys
Just upgraded to sandybridge and been reading a lot of guides but found a guide on youtube that was for my cpu and the same board:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgiqzAKy6Tk
Managed to get a stable overclock at 4.5 fine and tested fine with primer and Intel burn, only concern was under intelburn temps were hitting 80c on 1.3 vcore.
Managed to lower Vcore to 1.275 which lowered temps down to 75c, I just wanated to check if what the video suggests are good setting and if their is anything I can change to lower temps, i'm running on air with normal cm case fans and 2 eagles venting out top and 1 side on GPU level blowing in.
Video Guide suggests:
CPU phase control: disabled
Adjust cpu to 45
DRAM freq to DDR3 1666mhz
DRAM TIMING MODE: linked
Change DRAM config to: Command rate 1T, tCL 9T, tRCD 11T, tRP 11T, tRAS 24T, tRFC 90T.
Speed Spectrum disabled
VDROOP control: low Vdroop
CPU core voltage: 1.3
CPU I/O voltage: 1.210000
DRAM voltage: 1.594
C1E support: enabled
Does all this look right?
