overclocking 8320e

Hi what would be the best way to overclock the 8320e on a gigabyte ud5 read somewhere a while back its better upping the fsb also my vcore is reading 1.2
computer seems to crash at 3.8 anyhelp would be great

Not a bios I'm familiar with but you will probably see best results leaving FSB alone and upping the multiplier with tweaks to the voltage accordingly.
