whats the stepping?

overclocking is basically trial n error......just cuz one method lets say works for me it wont necessarily work for you etc....
Well i know how to push a socket A way beyond its happy mode ..... i have no idea with a X2...2cores....HT..... mad stuff from CPU-Z i get....

Using the Mobo, i tried a 10% Overclock, in the auto setting dohicky, it booted, but i could hear a weird click click click click, and when it got to windows it rebooted without loading, so i set it back to normal... the clicking stoped and windows booted, however my graphics card fan now comes on as windows loads and it did not before  Any suggestions?.... also im not sure what cooler i have... it has an Akassa fan on... and without taking the side off this is the best pic i could get:
