Looks fine, don't clear the CMOS after you've put the settings in though, that'll just restore everything to defaults.

Brilliant thanks il give it a try in a minute

Thanks a lot

If it works you can try just moving the FSB up towards 300HTT, your RAM will be running at 200mhz and your CPU at 2.7ghz, so its a nice spot to aim for.

so do you think 2.7's OK for a stock cooler with a 144 opty

Depends if you can get away with it without upping the volts. Certainly worth a try and see what your temps are like under Prime95 load.

Ive just changed the settings to the above

But it boots geets to the point backing up the cmos and it reboots

Is it normal to take a few boots to get it into windows?

or do you think something else could be at fault?

I'm using 4/06 latest official bios if that makes a difference?

Thanks

Increase Vdimm to 2.8V and Vcore to 1.5V

Its not normal to keep resetting.

Got my new PSU now an hyper 570watt

and an arctic cooling freezer 64pro

so i can give this another go :D

FSB Bus Frq = 277

LDT/FSB Frq = x3

cpu / FSB freq = x9

Dram freq set = 133=RAM / FSB: 02/03

CPU Vid control = 1.45v

Ive tried 277 and the thing just wont boot at all

if i drop it to 240 itll boot ...Am i ok in thinking if i just keep upping the FSB will this be ok?

or will i need to alter other settings along the way to keep the memory on the correct divider....or am ok just leaving all the other values as they are just changing the fsb?

Thanks
