Overclocking dell dimensions 9100

there are no bios options or jumpers on the mainboard so i guess the only other was is to use a program in windows via the PLL, i know what chip the pll is but not sure what numbers to use, they are as follows

Would be nice is someone knew a program to oc this board in windows its a dell 945P chipset wiv 1gb ddr2 533 and P4 660 + X600(lol)
