Overclocking E2180

Hi guys i just build my first pc and now i wann try overclock my E2180 the mobo i have is a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R i have been reading on the forums that you need to put the need to put the memery to 1:1 can someone tell me how i do this thanks

Set the System Memory Multiplier to x2.0 for 1:1.
