Hey people, i recently overclocked my E5200 to 3.25ghz, i am very new to overclocking. so i set the voltage to 1.35v, today i tried to take it to 3.4Ghz so i did it (also i returned the voltage to 1.325v) and ran Prime95

after about 1 Minute on Worker#2 i recieved FATAL ERROR rounding was 0.5, expected less then 0.4 but Worker#1 kept on going.

Is there anything i am doing wrong, Specs:

[email protected] (somewhat unstable??)

Nvidia 9600GT 512mb EVGA
4GB RAM
ASUS P5q-E
Win7 x64 Professional

If you need anymore information please ask, Thank you.

my Memory (DRAM?) is at 441.5mhz. I haven't touched anything other then the FSB and Vcore. I made it come down to 3.31Ghz (Fsb 265x12.5) 3.250v

Ran Prime95 for quite a while without any errors on both Workers

Thanks for the tip, i forgot to mention it went to 59 tops while doing Prime testing, is that too hot or good? Also thanks for the dram tip, how much shal i increase it by??

Ok thank you, I think stock cooler is enough and also taking my E5200 to 2.9ghz on stock vcore does make mine unstable too :D

Thank you, (i was pretty lucky to find that this username wasn't used before)

The only reason i am overclocking my processor is so that i can play Flight Simulator X smoothly
