Right ok I want to overclock my Q6600 now I have my new setup and my temps are good :).

Want to try 3.0GHz at first so looking at the below what do I need change the multiplier to and the V.core

You need to increase the FSB to 333MHz and you probably won't need to increase Vcore. Depending on your RAM you may need to drop a divider to keep it at stable speeds.

cheers mate.

My RAM is OCZ PC2-6400 800Mhz 4GB kit

So what do I need to do in the BIOS to change the divider

Sorry if I sound really stupid but I want to make sure I doo it right :)
