Overclocking help

Hi guys just got new i7 rig looking for help overclocking it and some motherboard settings.

Specs :

I7 920
Antec 650
Geil 1866mhz
asus p6t

Help would be good is ive never used these boads been out the game for a while. Im using coolit domino cooler.

O/Cing i7's is a farely straight forward affair, you should have a read through this guide here that should explain everything you need to know...

i7's are good up to 88c some people say, I like to keep my at 80c.

Thanks just getting the os sortd then i will start the overclocking see how it goes.
