Overclocking Help

Hello all!
Im seeking help on overclocking the bundle i just bought from overclockers.

Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 250 @ 3.0GHz
Mobo: MSI GF615M-P33
Memory: OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Low-Voltage Dual Channel
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 9800GT
Case: Coolermaster Elite 430 Windowed Case - Black
Cooling: x1 120mm fan in Case and AMD Stock Cooler for Processor.
Power Supply: Standard 450w PSU (Upgrading to 750w in a month or two)

the Mobo has a Easy OC Switch (which im not aware of what this does) i have recieved these but not fitting anything together until christmas day.

Basically atm i have a Intel Pentium E2140 which is easy to do, and i just want to know what a safe Overclock is for the AMD and what settings i should change.

Google 'overclock athlon x2 250' and check out the first few results. Not sure I can post the links here but look as if they should give some pointers.
Can't help directly as have Intel.

I would reply in a more positive way but do not know the MSI brand of AMD motherboards at all.
