Hello, im very new to overclocking and think i have just about got there and just wanted some help with my CPU-z screen shot.

Does it look stable and am i right in thinking that its overclocked to 4.5Ghz shown in the red box or am i mis-reading it?

Any Suggestions for ways to make it better?

Its hit and miss mate, I would start at 1.32v Prime it, if any fails up it by 0.05v at a time until stable. If it passes at 1.32 lower the vcore evan more :)

80c Is not to bad i take it your on air?

Yeah i am on air, looking at getting a self contained water cooler 240mm rad. any suggestions? i know corsair have the 100i but with mixed reviews

I finaly pulled my finder out and got the 3pin fan extansion cable out of the loft (having been up there for 6 months since i moved house) with the rear fan now hooked up, cpu is at 72c after 58 mins at 100% Stress

try high llc and +0.010 offset and see how it performs, might need +0.015v offset you would need to test
