Overclocking i5 3570k with AXTU???

Hey all

Imma be completely honest here, I've not the faintest clue how to over clock even a penny chew So I could really use a little help here.
I'm planning to use AS Rock Extreme Tuning Utility to overclock. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated

Further specs I think may be necessary...
AS Rock z77 Extreme 4 mobo
8GB of GSkill Ram running at 2400MHZ
EVGA 650W SuperNOVA NEX650G Gold Fully Modular PSU

your better off doing through the bios its very easy with the asrock board and if you go to far it will fail to boot 3 times then reset to defaults anyway so its pretty hard to mess up.

what do you want your cpu to run at mine is at 4.0ghz at standard voltage and runs fine in all tests I have done. you can get 4.5 easy but it will run hotter do you have a aftermarket cooler?
