Overclocking issues :/

I have just been trying to overclock me Q6600, and not matter what clock i try and put it up to it wont boot. I have tried it on both 9 and 8 multipliers with no luck on either. Got any ideas why it is doing this. And yes if you think it is my motherboard which is a EVGA 650i Ultra say, cause i will replace it ^^

Have you unlinked the memory, or set it to a low enough ratio so as to not be hindering the overclock?

the memory is unlinked atm, i thought that would be the best option for it

right found the problem, i stupidly forgot to drop the memory clock

aint overclocked in a while

It got it to 3.2 and was stable, then went further and got it to 3.6, then it blue screened and wont do 3.2 no more either -.-
