Hello,
So i'm having a bit of trouble overclocking my 8400, I had it up to around 3.9Ghz, and I thought everything was fine, checked it all on Prime for an hour on all tests and it passed ok. But then I had a few problems with the machine freezing up, and the occasional BSOD. I retested it and the Small FFT test passed fine after 3 hours, but Large FFT froze the machine overnight (not sure how long it was on for) and blend gave me a BSOD.
I'm running,
E8400
Asus P5Q Deulxe
2 x 2gig Dominator Ram
Caviar Black 640GB HDD
Noctua cooler (with two noctua fans in push/pull.
The max temps I was reaching after an hour or so were 60degrees (according to coretemp).
Here are my BIOS settings

Any ideas what settings I should change to get it more stable? I'm assuming, because its Blend and Large FFT which are failing its something to do with the ram?
BTW I took off that ridiculous Corsair fan thingy, complete rubbish and noisy!
Thanks for an help
