I need a bit of help!

I am trying to overclock my SLI setup (2 X 7800GT’s)

They are the Point.Of.View Cards from OC’ers, which are standard at 400/1000

I will try for instance on standard cooling to overclock them just a bit…450/1100 I do this through the control panel (I have Forceware 83.10). But the problem I come across is like black lines, or like sometimes spirals effects with like quick bursts of lines, mainly during any shadowing effects whilst in games…I don’t know what this is called, but maybe you guys could advise on how to overclock a different way or give me some help as to what my problem is?

Thanks

Theyre called artifacts.Theyre bad

On standard cooling (perhaps copper) you would expect a MAX of 30 percent oc. Prob 425-435.But start from 400.

Just use what you get when no artifacts appear, then youve got youre stock oc.Do this in 2-5 mhz increments EDIT non stock cooling will probably be needed, then you can go higher.

some people are not getting high oc with dual cards as they are in single.
