Overclocking Novice needs advice

Rig as per sig. I guess my cpu is the bottleneck running at stock 2.0ghz? How easy and reliable is it to overclock the 3200 winchester with my Mobo and standard AMD retail heatsink and fan?

Just got my 3200 winnie up to 2.4 without much issue. My first overclock too. :)
My ram is causing issues so its on a divider. 42-44 degrees under load


edit: that is with 1.4 volts and an akasa evo 33 cooler though. I think I remember my stock cooling ideling at 40 ish degrees.... haha
