Overclocking Pentium??

Hey I am just building my first pc at the moment and i still need a cpu. Looking on Overclockers I found this bundle:

Having just bought a z97 msi motherboard I was thinking whether this would be a good buy for a fairly budgeted build. Having looked at costs I could stretch to one of these new i5s:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-540-IN
However with a decent cooler to overclock this would make the cpu and cooler about £150 more, what do you think?

Since i have an r9 265 i would probably do some, but mainly for work and movies etc.

Thanks guys, I have already bought the r7 265 and a z97 because I don't really need a lot of performance however I would like a solid long lasting pc that will run quickly for a few years to come so I will probably go with the devils canyon.
