If you want more than 3.4ghz stable you'll probably need a lot more voltage. Up to 1.45v with decent cooling should be no problem. Just watch those temps.

I run 1.55v @ 9x400 3.6ghz. It droops to around 1.44v on full load and temps max on burn test at 73.c idle is 28-32.c..

I also run at 3.6GHz though seem to have gotten a good chip as I only need 1.425v, though I run my memory at 1:1 (DDR 800).
