Overclocking temperatures

Well I'm taking the plunge and going to do some overclocking.
I have an Abit KN8 Ultra motherboard, with an AMD X2 4600+.
What temperatures should I not let either of these past?
Also, the beginner's guide here says to up the voltage by just a little each time. I raised it by only the next level (0.02V I think, up to 1.32V) - is this ok?

Edit: I have just been stress testing both cores. At first I set both to do a blend test, but after realising there was no need, I set Core #1 (AKA 'Core' in Speed fan) to stress CPU only. The temp shot up to 61C, while Core #0 and the general temp were 45C-50C. My motherboard temp hovered around 52C.
Are these okay? I'm assuming there's something wrong with the second core going to 60C though?
