Hey guys i don't know whether I'm in the right bit of the forum if I'm not please move me :o. Anyways i hope someone can help me out with overclocking at the moment my cpu is overclocked from 2.0ghz to 2.4ghz but i used clock gen in windows to overclock it and i really wanna do it in bios as loads of people have said it is safer that way but i really don't have a clue at what I'm meant to be changing in the bios and i don't really wanna go changing stuff and for it to go bang lol. Right heres my spec if someone could help me that would be great.

Hey, no it should really be in the Overclocking and Cooling section, Im sure a mod will move, but dont worry
Have a read of the sticky at the top of that section, its good guide and will explain things, youre right you shouldnt use windows programs, always use bios, basically its your FSB which is main thing, but have a read through the sticky then if youve got any specfic questions im sure ppl will help
