Overcloking questions on PentiumD 805

This cpu does 1.40v max or so it says on the package.
1)Does it matter if I give it more volts since i got the cooling to match.

2) Is there an option in asus p5w dh bios to choose the memory dividers or the system controls that?

3)As long as I am within the speed limits of my ram(gskill 6400 hz), that is 800mhz, It won't be needed to increase the memory voltage right?

4) whats the stock volts this ram runs at? I would prefer to put it manually rather than leaving it on auto.

5)My cpu has a stock voltage of 1.275  isn't that supposed to be 1,375?

1) it will be happy on more volts, so long as it is kept cool.
2)yes there is.
3)and 4) you can leave it at 1.8 volts.
5) 1.275 volts is standard for d805. though it depends on how your m/b detects it.

^^^^^^^^^

In addition I used prime95 to test my cpu and one of the cores can lasts forever while the other is busted within an hour. Does that mean I should increase the voltage?

ram: 1.90v
cpu:1.350v
ich:1.05

Bit more info would be nice, as in, does it fail on stock speeds, or how overclocked is it etc... i have 1.55 volts running through mine with no issues, although i dont need the extra 100mhz from 4ghz to 4.1, and runs fine at 4ghz at 1.4875v.. tho i have a different board and different mem.. (P5N32-sli se deluxe and corsair xms2 6400 c5 @ 4-4-3-8-1T @ 400mhz :D )

Haven't tested it at stock speeds . Am currently trying to find the sweet spot for voltage. My cpu is at 4.01ghz. Currently the voltage is at 1.43v. My ram gskill 6400hz 400mhz 4-4-4-12-20(bank cycle time). How do i determine if and how much i can change the ram values? where do i see the T value of mine? How many hours on prime 95 a system needs in order to be called 100% stable? is pcprobe accurate? I suppose 6h is enough. Am running prime 95 torture test with which starts from 8k to 64k, 0 ram for the cpu.
