Overhead monitor light

Hmm I'm sorry bud can't think of anything of the top of my head why this could be happening. There is an off on button on the quinus model. I know that's not a solution but at least you can turn it off manually?

You can turn the Mi off manually also but of course it needs to be on first. :D

From what you've said, it's on 24/7 though?!

I have the BenQ one (but didn't pay, so no issues around value) I have another cheaper version that I've not actually used. I have duel monitors, but it's more about just lighting the desk. Mine also turns on and off with the monitor.

How does it sit on your monitors? Does it balance between the two or do you have it just over one of them?
