i have 3 galax GTX980 soc in sli and they hit 95 degrees in my case (corsair 750d) and i am just woundering if anyone else is haveing this problem with these cards in 3 way sli and if anyone has any tips for me to cool them down??
That is really high, the only real fix I can think of is getting water cooling for these 3 bad boys as air cooling seems to be overwhelm by the heat output. Also How many fan do you have and what orientation? ( It would be useful if you can post a image and state which fans and where.
Lastly if you are planing to go multi gpu config in the future it is better to buy reference blower card if you on air as they dont damp all heat to the case but instead they exhaust it out of the case. Although they may not clock as high as non-reference cards with their super coolers. Hope this helps
