Overkill?

Hey, im going to buy the sapphire 5870 graphic card on the 20th of this month, but im worried some of my other conponments will bottleneck it? What do you think?
Specs;
Q6600 @3ghz
2gb 1066mhz 5 5 5 15
P5q Pro

I think the memory is a bottle neck, i could always buy another 2gb couldn't i?

Definetly up the memory to 4gb, the rest is not to bad.

DDR2 is cheap. If you have a 64Bit OS chuck another 8GB in*

haha well im running 32bit xp but i am going to get 64bit windows 7 when it comes out

You can never have too much RAM! I work on a VMWare cluster at work that has 380GB (76GB x 5) of RAM so coming home to computers with between 2GB and 12GB is kind of a let down...

yes 4GB of ram will do the job
