The heat load you're planning on is around 200W. A 120mm radiator has a C/W value of approximately 0.06 (a bit worse for the thin radiator, a bit better if you use fans > 1600rpm, a bit worse if you use fans < 1600rpm). A 240mm radiator performs pretty much the same as two 120mm radiators. A cpu block adds something like 20 degrees between cpu and water.
So, number of 120mm radiators, temperature delta, cpu temp
1 12 degrees 32
2 6 degrees 26
3 4 degrees 24
4 3 degrees 23
5 2.4 degrees 22.4
6 2 degrees 22
Consequently most people go with a 240mm radiator for the cpu, some people go for a 360mm one. If you want particularly slow fans, the bigger one is a better choice- but you're well into diminishing returns if you go over 4.
On the bright side, a radiator offers almost no resistance to flow, so chaining loads of them wont need a bigger pump.
Currently I use a 120mm and a 240mm radiator, switching the fans off on the 240 when the system is idle. This works reasonably well.
