Anyone playing the beta. I gave it a try and it's really fun so far.

Awesome moments tend to come up more frequently on this game.

My capture below, I healed up first, jumped in, activated my auto aim ability and captured the point.

Soldier 76 is a good start for COD players.

 
Yeah, I'm surprised there's not more talk about it on here. A great game very well balanced, looks great and very fun :) can't wait for the full version.
 
Game seems really good, but as above suprised there isnt a massive thread on this. Makes me think its more of a PC thing and the console version may die off sooner than it deserves :( but then they arent really advertising, most wouldnt know what overwatch is if they just see it in a shop

Yeh you may be right, there's an active thread in the PC section. I'm all in on Xbox for this one though.
 
So this is basically next gen Team Fortress 2...

I'm in :D

It even rips off some of the game modes :p

Have it downloaded on the Xbone ready to play (hopefully a bit tonight). I love the look of it and can't wait to glitch around the map as Tracer... :p
 
Game is a lot of fun, you should get it on PS4 so we can play oweo, Tracer is amazing, I went on some crazy 30kill streaks with her, jump in kill someone jump out. Moving around with her felt just right, very fast paced and creates all sorts off problems for the other team.

Playing the game though I've noticed it was completely lag free, I didn't notice a single bug, and overall chars seems very well balanced, you just need to pick the right char for defence/attacking and depending on your play style. I really enjoyed Tracer, Widowmaker the crazy bomb dude.
 
I've been addicted to Smite since moving away Destiny. This game completely satisfy my urge for MOBA and FPS, it's basically Team Fortress in cycled objective maps and twenty something characters. All is fun, frustrating and fun!

I love this game and will get it when I'm back from my holiday. Will be on Xbox so add me if anyone wants some team action when released.

I won't have time to download it again on the PS4 before the Beta ends but I will give it a quick go on the Xbone and then most likely get it digitally on the PS4 (Mrs is very interested in it and it works out cheaper to get the single digital copy).

Been watching Mr Fruit play it and some of the "plays" you can do are hilarious, especially if the other team are a bit "naff". Reinhart shielding the turret dudes turret on a choke point. I think he went 27-0 and the enemy team didn't even get past their spawn.
 
Oh yes the crowd is quiet casual, I just quickly blinked into a choke point with tracer, got behind the enemy team and wiped them all, 6 kills and not a single person figured out what was going on. Looked good on the best play after the match.
 
Downloaded this and it is a lot of fun, Actually not to bad at it :O lol

Be a good laugh if we can get a regular group.
 
I'll pick this up on PS4 if others are regularly playing it.

I'm basically going Smite, Rocket League, Battleborn, Overwatch and that's all i'll be playing until the end of the year. All games I can jump in and out of easily depending on who's playing what at the time.

Only had about 1 hour on it but it played well. I like that the rounds are quick so I can just jump in for a few rounds or jump in for an all night session.

We had some good teams on Destiny and BF4 so it should be good fun going into this
 
Yeah I'll pick up BF One too as 5 of my friends back in the UK play that series regularly so it'll be a good one to get

I like the size of the roster so it's more akin to a fighting game in FPS format.
It ran very well so hopefully console players take to it given Blizzard fanbase is pretty much all PC based. I'm sure it'll do quite well but I know some of my mates who enjoy FPS games are only into the more realistic ones which is a shame...getting tired of those myself. I love that it's colourful and fun over gritty and real.
 
From what I've seen in the beta it felt awesome, no lag, no bugs, and the classes all felt balance. Only annoying thing I found was all damage showed as 1's. I can see the appeal for going PC on this game, the shooting would feel better, and I have spent some 3000hours in TF2 which blizzard used as a base and added more heroes.
 
3000 hours? lol You should be comfortable in this then. I played about 2 hours of TF2!
I never could enjoy games on PC for some reason...no logical reason why I just didn't get into them even after twice buying a good gaming rig.

But from the beta it still plays really well on console so it didn't fele like a game that wouldn't fit into the console line-up.
