OWA using Win7/IE8 Can't Change Domain?

Anyone recognice this screen and how the user can change the domain or what security is causing this?

Using XP and IE8 you get the OWA screen as normal, but under Win7 & IE8 it shows the below. The Domain needs to be changed to login the external source but there's no option too?

When you type the username put the domain in front such as domain\username.

That should sort it.

Make sure it is \ [backslash]. Had one guy swear blind it wasn't working. He was using a forward slash. Joys of IT admin

or use the fqdn, which would be [email protected] etc
