Just wanted to share a few pics of a little window mod I did this afternoon.
I had an old Jeantech G-Max case laying around which had a porthole and vent surround attached to the side panel.
I thought it a shame to have my watercooling tubes glowing away behind a solid panel, so thought I'd fit it to the side panel of my P182.
Easy mod to do, after removing the window from the old case panel, I then used it as a template. Next, after masking up the panel, I cut the circular hole out with a jigsaw, nice and steady. Then drilled about a 100 (!)holes to go behind the vent, and then tidied up the cut and the holes.
Anyway, these are the pics.
The window is to the back as I wanted to still be able to open the door flush with the case side. It's high because the PSU and gubbins are lower down.
I might do a window on the door (I have a spare one) next so that I can see the Scythe Kama-Meter, but I'll need a bit of time to think about that!
