Was wondering is it worthwhile to change the casefans to sharkoon 2000's. Better airflow id assume at the same (or lower) noise levels.?

I replaced the stock fans with Sharkoon 2000s and they seem great to me. I never ran the stock ones, but I have the Sharkoons on 5V with my fan controller and they're pretty much silent yet still shift a lot of air. I've never had to turn them up but I'm still getting great temps.

If you're not going to be using a fan controller I'd probably recommend the 1000s rather than the 2000s. The 2000s are actually pretty loud at their regular speed.

In my p182 the top fans have their speed controllers built into the case. I've not looked in detail at them but I assume they would be difficult to get out and if you did you would have a hole left?

Getting them out was fine, no different to normal fans. The fan controller space did leave a hole but it's fairly tiny.
