Which P to which V?

VMWare Converter works fine. Veeam Endpoint has its uses for very large disks for Windows to VMWare.

I used MVMC the other day for the first time to convert a 2012 R2 install to Hyper-V VM and it worked fine.

If it's a quick and dirty Hyper-V conversion, just run Disk2VHD on the P.
