P35-DS4 Voltages

Just installed a new Quad system with a Gigabyte P35-DS4 motherboard, and I've just got around to setting up some monitoring applications. Installed Everest Ultimate edition to have a look at what my voltages were like and it reports that my +12v line is running at 2.6v.

Thinking it could be a problem with Everest I installed Speedfan and then PC Wizard 2007. Both report the +12v line to be somewhere in the 2-4v region. Now since this system has been stable running Prime95 Torture test for the last 12 hours I'm assuming that the voltage is being misread/misreported - just wondering if anyone else is finding the same thing?

Currently running a Corsair HX520 if anyone is curious

i just checked my DS4 and it reads 12.32V on the 12v rail..
i think its a miss read..

by the way did you put a 8 pin plug into the mobo for Quad chips?
just asking as i am getting one soon

Yep, I connected the 8-pin plug to the mobo

. Think the readings are all off - seems to be telling me that my Scythe 1600 is running at 30456 rpm

YIKES 30456rpm take off time

you could try it with just a 4 pin 12v to the mobo
the progs may have got confused with the 8pin installed..justa guess
