P35C-DS3R restarts on boot

Hi Guys,
When I first turn on my PC it seems to boot up fine but after about 2 seconds it turns itself off and then immedaitely back on again.

Everything is then fine, although it does not do this on a restart.

I may have read somewhere that it is due to the board being overclocked is this true, (I am overclocking).

I have noticed that when I revert the board back to safe settings it does not do this.

Anyone else having the same problems, and is it just a case of waiting for a new BIOS.

yes that's a feature to prevent bad overclocking, and something which I don't like because all that shut down and restarts is going to seriously degrade my hard disks.
