P35C DS3R - Rev2.0 Problems

I just bought the motherboard and I have installed it. The problem im having is that when I put my ram in (Geil PC6400 ULL 4x1Gb), it won't boot. I got it to boot when only using 2x 1Gb of ram but now the computer only detects 1Gb of ram :confused:

I updated the bios from F2 to F10 to no avail. The ram all worked fine in my 965P DS3 Rev1.0. Any suggestions?

Did you remember to give the RAM 2.1v ( +0.3v ) in the bios?

Set the MCH voltage to +0.1v for 4 sticks.

I have had a bit of a mess about with it now and the update is:

DDR2 Dimm 3 doesn't seem to be working.

The strange thing though is that when I try 2 sticks using DDR2 Dimm 3, it boots but only detecting 1 stick but when I try all 4 sticks, it won't boot detecting 3Gb.

Anyway, should I RMA the motherboard because of the faulty DDR2 Dimm 3 or do you think there is something causing the problem I can fix?
