P4 Prescott with DDR2?

Hey,

Will this processor support DDR2? It's a 3.06ghz Prescott with a 533mhz FSB. My motherboard supports both DDR 1 + 2, but the main issue is that I'm not sure if it will work with DDR 667 ram.

My current spec:

3.06ghz P4 Prescott @ 3.83ghz, 533mhz FSB
1gb DDR400 Corsair XMS Platinum Series RAM
7900GT (not important but meh )

All depends on mainboard, not the cpu:

Look at what ram multipliers your mainboard has.
Look at what ram voltage your mainboard gives.

mainboard is AsRock DUAL-VSTA, with both DDR 400 and DDR 667 slots. Do the voltages etc still apply?
