P5K & Noctua?

i have had enough of the cycle reboot on my DS3P and have decided to go for the new P35 PSK deluxe jobby from asus, i want rock solid reliable speed and the cost has become a moot point...

so a quick question, will my noctua HSF fit on one of these with all the passive cooling that is on the board?

and also, will an 8800GTS obscure the sata ports like the GTX does?

According to Noctua's compatibility list it should be compatible.

I would like to know if i could fit my Tuniq tower on , those copper heatpipes look like they could possibly get in the way.
