P5LD2-VM + SATA2

Hi there, does anyone know if this baord support SATA2 devices

it mentions further down on the link that it does.

but in specification it says "4 x Serial ATA 300/150"

Some manufacturers call "SATA-II" "S-ATA 300" as it's the speed of the data transfer. Stupidly confusing, it's like that on my AL8.
