Hey guys i need help regarding this motherboard.

I had a gtx260 standard but after taking it out to clean my case and such i had damaged the graphic card and so i am looking for a new gtx260, however i was curious being a NOOB would a better version of gtx260 work for this. For example the gtx260 black edi or gtx260 core 216. Cheers.

P.s sorry for such a noobie question.

I have the regular setup for this motherboard.

Q6600
2GIGS of Ram
Windows 7 32bit
Asus silent knight 2 Heatsink
SB/NB Chipset Coolers.
Antec900 Case
Highpower 750W psu.
 
There all the same so it wouldnt matter which you got.

What makes you think youve broken it? Did you drop it? Can you try it in your other PCI-E slot or maybe in another PC?

No did not drop it. It was a liquid problem and i have tried in the other slot but was unsuccessful. Anywho i already sold it on to make way for a new card. So the core16 is not a tad bit more powerful than the standard? Hmmmm.
