is there a nb sb all in one block if so can anybody recomend one

don't think so - only the Rampage/Maximus and some X58 boards had combined NB SB blocks.

the koolance universal blocks are very good but expensive - EK chipset blocks are always good but limit reuse - or the tried and tested swiftech universal is more than man enought for any P45. Just watch out for SB block and graphic card clashes

I agree with SS. Although if you are intending to cool both the SB/NB it would be worth considering after market air cooling such as the Thermalright HR-05 on the NB/SB. Excellent cooling
