i will use it for mainly working and gaming.

but i want to overclock and want to know which one is better for it

i have a xfx 4850 xxx
core 2 duo e7400
4gb of ddr2 1066 RAM

so which is better the p5q-pro or p5q-e

i know its just like 12 pounds difference but i want to save as much as i can

Either will be a great choice tbh, wish i had spent a bit less on the deluxe and opted for the pro or the E.

Personal choice for me would be the P5Q-E but one thing to check do they have the options you might need, ie Esata, Firewire ect.

I've had both and although the E is better on chipset cooling, and backplate connectors (2 x Gigabit NIC, eSATA etc) it's SATA connectors can be troublesome if you need them all and have a long GPU as a couple of the headers are under the rear of the GPU...

Definitely the better board tho for only £12 extra.
