P8Z68-V PRO upgrade time ?

Hi, my pc is 5 years old now and thinking of an upgrade of the mb and the cpu.

Spec now is P8Z68-V PRO with a 2500k

Is the Asus Z97-K Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard or the Asus Z97 Pro Wifi-AC Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard a good choice with Intel Core i5-4690K 3.50GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor ?

Suggestions welcome.

Hi, thanks for the response. Mine runs at 4.3 and has been for almost all the time I have had it.
