PAC code - Help

Hi all

Got my 02 pack code.

Ordered my new phone off online site on a contract. For security reason (bank card registered at parents) teh phone will be delivered there tommorow. Phone is on Vodaphone.

I need to give Vodaphone my PAC code before 8th (Sunday).

Therfore need to get parents to txt me details I need to give to vodaphone. What details do Vodaphone need off my new phone?

They will need my PAC code but what else?

IMEI code and SIM number or just the SIM number. Get both just incase.

Ive read that vodaphone wont accept a PAC unless done at point of sale? This true? Im sure it cant be as Ive ordered offline. When I asked about this they said u have to go into a vodaphone store and get them to do it. Should I worry?

You can port your number to Vodafone at anytime during your contract as long as your PAC doesn't expire.

I've used this before and ported my number from o2 after 2 months into a Vodafone contract.
